Relevant exhibitor’s details will be published in the entries list on the show catalogue and redacted information (without addresses) is published in show results online or in print.

- Joined as a member

- Agreed to sponsor the Show
- Applied for a trade stand on the Show field
- Entered an exhibit in one of the Sections
- Offered to support the Show
